Well I was "all over the place" as a kid either breaking stuff or walking or running around ( mom told me so 😏😁 )
In school I loved sports and participated in some of my favourites like running and football and hockey.
In college I did play again and it was much more competitive and more for attendance :P coz i wasnt a "class topper " :P :P
After school and college my only source for fitness was the gym ( the usual for everyone I guess ) since I started working .
But then one fine day ( it was not my idea ) but I was suggested this by a classmate to get into exercise and training because I did show a lot of love for it and was very passionate about how I liked to share my views on it whenever i would meet someone or even around when i would be training.
And "boom" thats it - that was the "spark" and I started with building myself up more and getting more mature with this and it’s been a good number of years that I have been an Exercise Coach now 🙌🏻
So here I am 🙌🏻😏
You‘ve probably heard this before if not then hear it now
Its simple - first find a good reason - meaning to exercise-
gain some knowledge - and then apply
this is for life and not a temporary phase or mood swing
growth depends on the mentality and the ability to maintain
